Elena Goryunova has been leading the Human Resources department since the company's inception in 2000.

While at Luxoft Elena has developed a unique personnel selection and integration system that has allowed the company to grow ten times over the past five years.  During this time of rapid expansion Ms. Goryunova has played an instrumental role in the opening of numerous offices in the Russian cities of St. Petersburg, Omsk, Dubna, and Nizhny Novgorod.  The personnel management system introduced and implemented by Ms. Goryunova is modeled after the best practices employed by the most successful western companies. 

Prior to Luxoft Elena gained broad experience at KPMG and Creditanstalt Investment Bank.

Elena Goryunova graduated from the Moscow Academy of International Business with a degree in Economics.
